This web site is hosted by META Advisors LLC, the Trustee of the NCA Investors' Liquidating Trust established in the chapter 11 cases of Seaboard Hotel Member Associates, LLC and certain of its affiliates.

It is intended to provide a secure portal through which individuals and entities that are eligible to receive a distribution from the Trust under the Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code for PropCo Debtors and HoldCo Debtors (with Technical Amendments) (as confirmed, the "Plan") may upload tax identification documentation and similar documents.  It does not contain the claims register or equity rolls for any of the debtors in the chapter 11 cases, and it is not affiliated with the Bankruptcy Court.

Please note that although there were 23 affiliated Seaboard entities that were subject to the Plan, under the Plan, only holders of Allowed Investor Claims and Equity Interests in the Investor Trust Debtors (each, as defined in the Plan) are eligible to receive distributions from the Trust.  The Investor Trust Debtors are:

  • Seaboard Hotel Member Associates, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Seaboard Hotel Associates, LLC;
  • 88 Hamilton Member Associates, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary, 88 Hamilton Associates, LLC;
  • Park Square West Member Associates, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Park Square West Associates, LLC;
  • PSWMA I, LLC; and
  • PSWMA II, LLC


Each of the property owning entities (Seaboard Hotel Associates, LLC, 88 Hamilton Associates, LLC, and Park Square West Associates, LLC) had no investors other than its parent.  PSWMA I, LLC and PSWMA II, LLC did not have any outside investors.  As a result, this site only lists Investor Claims and Equity Interests in Seaboard Hotel Member Associates, LLC, 88 Hamilton Member Associates, LLC, and Park Square West Member Associates, LLC.

For reference, through each of their respective subsidiaries:

  • Seaboard Hotel Member Associates, LLC owned a Courtyard Marriott property;
  • 88 Hamilton Member Associates, LLC owned a mixed-use/flex warehouse building in Stamford, Connecticut; and
  • Park Square West Member Associates, LLC owned a 9-story Class A apartment property comprising 143 apartments and 10,000 square feet of ground retail space.
